Delivery and Shipping
We send out artworks through a reputable firm who pack and ship fine art all over the UK and internationally as well. All works are insured for safe transportation. You will be asked to sign for them when you receive them.
We are able to deliver most artworks locally to Bath, Bristol or outlying local villages for between £10 and £30 depending on size and distance.
In the event that the work has been damaged in transit, then we ask you to contact the delivery company direct using instructions which will be included in the delivery note. The matter will then be resolved by them, using the provided insurance.
Returns and Refunds
If, on receipt, you decide that you no longer wish to keep the work, please notify us in writing and return it to us in the same condition in which it left the gallery within 7 working days after the day of receipt. You will need to pay for the costs of securely packing, insuring and returning it to us. When we have received the work we will make a full refund within 30 days of the delivery of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
